Product Specifications
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, including those for extruded profiles, perforated sheets, raw aluminum, tracks, trims, and aluminum alloy doors and windows, are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes. Clients are responsible for verifying that the product specifications meet their requirements before placing an order.
Liability Limitation
Aluecho, under Xi’an Qiji Trading Co., Ltd., shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits or project delays. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Xi’an, China.
